Book Designer (Cover + Interior Layout Specialist)

Success Publishing House is the publishing division of Success Tutoring, one of the fastest-growing education brands globally. We are dedicated to creating inspiring, educational, and beautifully designed books for students, parents, and franchise partners. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a talented Book Designer to bring our vision to life with high-quality, professional designs that motivate, inspire and uplift.

You will be responsible for designing eye-catching book covers (front, back, spine) and professional interior layouts for both print and digital formats. Your designs will represent the Success Tutoring brand and its mission to inspire students worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design original, high-quality book covers that align with the educational and motivational tone of our brand.
• Create polished, clean, and engaging interior layouts for print and eBook editions.
• Format books for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and other publishing platforms.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with Success Tutoring’s branding guidelines.
• Provide multiple design concepts and accommodate revision feedback.
• Prepare print-ready and eBook-ready files.
• Collaborate closely with our internal publishing and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing both covers and interiors (portfolio required).
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or equivalent professional tools).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design for education markets.
• Experience formatting books for print-on-demand platforms like Amazon KDP and IngramSpark.
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Great communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
