STRM Recruiting was founded around Enrique Ruiz’s belief that successful hiring is about finding the right person, not simply producing the largest stack of resumes. After more than a decade in talent acquisition, Enrique began his career with grassroots recruiting at the YMCA before recruiting for global organizations across retail, technology, engineering, and other industries. Working with candidates at every career stage, from emerging professionals to senior and executive leaders, gave him a firsthand understanding of what separates an average hiring process from an exceptional one.

Today, STRM - short for Strategic Talent Recruiting and Management - provides hands-on recruiting support tailored to each client’s business, culture, and hiring challenges. Clients work directly with Enrique rather than being handed to a large, impersonal agency. The company’s services include recruiting support, recruiting-process auditing, recruiter training, and volume hiring. Its recent searches also demonstrate a strong focus on engineering and construction talent, including MEP, electrical, project-management, data-center, and commercial-construction roles.
