When asked about the culture in OAA, this is what some of our employees had to say:
I love being able to work from home and have my own workspace but still only a few clicks away on the computer to consult a coworker.
I love how everyone works together as a Team. We care about each other and anytime someone has had a bad day or a great day.... The EMOJI's and the GIFs come out in Team messages. Makes us all feel good.
Working as a team and having the support of managers and agents working together to achieve the goals. open door policy/gatherings to bond and build better teams
Work-from-home and work/life balance. Everyone is conscious and understanding of everyone's individual needs; it feels like there's a focus on equity over equality.
