ODDS Business Operations provides the day-to-day business supports such as IT supports, data, contract, fiscal, budget, collective bargaining, position management for the ODDS system. This includes programs and services used by individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities provided by providers and case management entities.
As the ODDS Deputy Administrator of Business Operations, you will:
Provide oversight, direction, and supervision to the ODDS Business Operations managers and staff.
Collaborate with multiple agencies and departments within ODHS including Central and Shared Services including the budget office, the financial services office, contracts and procurement, the position management unit, facilities team and the IT department.

Minimum Qualifications
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, or an alternate transportation plan are required for this position.
Seven years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience.
OR
Four years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Working Conditions
This is fully remote position; however, you will need to come into the office for occasional in person meetings.
You will need to work some longer hours including evening and weekend work during busy seasons.
There is occasional statewide and national travel required with some having overnight stays.
