We’re now on the lookout for a Senior NetSuite Support Consultant to take our support services to the next level. In this newly established role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape key initiatives and directly influence how our support function evolves to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
In close collaboration with our Head of Support Services and a fellow senior NetSuite professional, you'll form the core of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier support and the best-in-class support functions. Your responsibilities will include hands-on management of complex tickets, mentoring colleagues, and driving improvements in our customer service approach and processes. As a senior team member, you'll work closely with leadership to boost operational efficiency and contribute to the long-term development of our support function.

In practice you will:
- Lead by doing: Take ownership of complex and escalated support cases, using your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions and guidance.
- Mentor & support: Act as a senior resource for support colleagues, sharing knowledge, coaching on best practices, and helping raise the overall level of support delivery.
- Coordinate & delegate: Support task delegation and ticket assignment based on team capacity and strategic priorities. You’ll have the mandate to directly engage with support consultants.
- Drive process improvements: Collaborate closely with the Head of Support Services to identify improvement areas and elevate how we deliver support.
- Enhance customer value: Bring commercial insight into the support function, identifying upselling opportunities, advising on new NetSuite features, and aligning our services with customer goals.
- Collaborate across teams: Work cross-functionally with ERP Consultants, Accounting Services, and Solutions to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous knowledge-sharing.
Our hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds. You are invited to enjoy our offices while also having the flexibility to work remotely. For this position, we’re hiring in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Czechia, Estonia and UK.

Keys to success in this role
- You’re genuinely motivated by support work and thrive in roles where you can solve problems, guide others, and make things work better.
- You have an extensive background in NetSuite implementations and feel confident supporting and developing long-term relationships with existing customers.
- You enjoy digging into processes, spotting inefficiencies, and shaping smarter ways of working – you see continuous improvement as part of the job, not just a bonus.
- You have strong experience with NetSuite core modules (Finance) and bring a broad, generalist perspective rather than deep specialization in one area.
- You're fluent in English – Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or other languages are considered a plus.
- Familiarity with the Zone product suite is an advantage.
