We’re currently seeking a talented Web Producer to join us!

For this remote contractor role, you will work on one of our client projects, partnering with their team to generate awareness for their brand, world-class website, visitors, and users. You’ll play a significant role in facilitating an in-depth understanding of all web processes - from production to SEO, to asset and page creation - and you’ll leverage your skills to actively build and alter website pages and properties in the CMS.

You’ll work closely with product managers, digital marketers, web designers, and engineers to execute priority projects. Requirements

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll;

  • Manage and prioritize tickets in our tracking system based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead project management efforts, coordinating User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance and overseeing the launch of various web projects from medium to large.
  • Collaborate with UX, Design, Development, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and

Analytics teams to align project plans, strategy, and goals.

  • Facilitate communication between production teams and marketing partners to ensure alignment and execution of website needs.
    • Be the point person for any questions other teams might have about using the content platform.
    • Work with regional teams to strategize consistent experiences on localized websites.
  • Manage assets, permissions, and flows within the content platform.
  • Create documentation where appropriate to help other teams that use the content platform that includes release notes, guidelines, standards, content and component inventory, etc.
  • Drive various projects and initiatives, including web integrations, specific

web launches, and efficiency improvements.

  • Identify, facilitate, and track improvements to maintain website health.
  • Take full ownership of authoring, maintaining, and governing all website changes.
  • Assist the web team, authors, and engineers to efficiently implement web designs into AEM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in web publishing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Hands-on knowledge of online content management for various devices.
  • Ability to understand dynamic enterprise workflows and processes quickly.
  • Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with US PDT time zone working hours.
  • For US applicants, the ability to work as a contractor under an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp.
  • Fluent and efficient communication skills in English are necessary for direct communication with clients and team members.

Location Requirements: Open to candidates located in the United States and Canada, with flexibility on specific locations.
