Job Summary:
Designs, implements, and optimizes intelligent AI, machine learning and automation solutions across Integrated Health Technologies’ healthcare ecosystem. Focuses on building scalable, compliant, and efficient AI-driven automation workflows that enhance clinical decision support, streamline administrative operations, and improve patient engagement. Requires strong experience developing AI/ML solutions, robotic process automation (RPA), and healthcare data standards, with a commitment to ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered automation workflows for clinical and administrative use cases.
- Integrates machine learning models into RPA platforms and enterprise systems.
- Develops APIs and microservices to support automation pipelines.
- Leverages Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols to enable secure communication between AI agents, potentially across cloud environments.
- Leverages Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to interface with other systems.
- Ensures solutions meet scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Provides technical guidance to junior engineers and automation developers.
- Conducts code reviews and enforce best practices in automation development.
- Collaborates with Lead AI Developer to align automation initiatives with broader AI strategy.
- Supports MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of automation solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
