Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership
  • 8+ years of experience leading large engineering teams
  • Experience with Claude and Cursor
  • Deep expertise in modern engineering practices
  • Strong technical foundation
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
