Spain onlySQLI, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, is recruiting a Front End Tech Lead with strong hands-on knowledge of ReactJS and NextJS to lead the decision-making process for creating a new front-end framework from scratch.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in frontend development
- At least 4 years of active experience working with ReactJS and at least 2 recent years with NextJS (modern versions, 13 or higher)
- Strong experience in technical decision-making and frontend architecture definition
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Design Systems
- Experience working in large teams or on high-scale projects
- Knowledge of microfrontends is a highly valued plus
- Experience in performance, SSR/SSG, CI/CD, testing, and modern architecture best practices will also be valued
