The RoleSprinto is hiring an experienced marketing automation manager to support our dynamic, growing marketing team. This position will work with the Revenue Operations function, where our goal is to align all teams that have a role in the Go-To-Market function. You will be the owner of our marketing tools, processes, workflows, documentation, and data.
Responsibilities
- This role sits in the demand & revenue marketing team and is at an intersection of technology, data and process. With scale comes operational complexities and your challenge on the job is to simplify and make marketing work
- Owning a marketing automation platform like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- You have led at least 10 successful marketing technology implementations.
- Are you an engineer turned marketer? This role is a perfect fit for you!You obsess about data, technology, reporting, and attribution.
- You have dealt with unstructured business problems and are comfortable with making decisions which have a critical impact on the business.
- Project management comes natural to you, and you thrive in environments with multiple stakeholder/function involvement
Requirements
- 2 + years in B2B SaaS marketing with 3+ years in Marketing Operations.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream.
- Marketing/Technology qualification is advantageous.
