The RoleAs a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven Growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition as part of the marketing team at Sprinto. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of SaaS marketing with a generalist mindset.
Responsibilities
- Enable Growth initiatives across various areas of Marketing, focussing on new channels, GTM motions and other non-performance marketing initiatives.
- Constantly work on existing and new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimisation and acquisition growth.
- Work on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, and brief and working on executing and measuring performance.
- Ideate, test, iterate, and optimise growth via various marketing channels, retargeting, and product launches
- Identify acquisition, retention, and commercial opportunities based on data, industry trends, and competitive environment.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to execute marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Growth role, preferably with experience in SaaS and digital marketing.
- Knows how to get things done, even with incomplete info and tight deadlines.
- Has a good working understanding of digital marketing technologies
- Can think from first principles to solve complex problems.
- Is ready to hustle and go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Uses data to make decisions and improve strategies.
- Can communicate effectively and work well with others.
