Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong focus on SEM and CRO
• Experience with marketing analytics and measurement
• BigQuery and/or SQL knowledge preferred
• Experience managing complex multi-market and multi-language campaigns
• Solid experience with execution, running and optimizing campaigns, and being laser-focused on hitting KPIs
• Experience with business models involving long and complex conversion journeys with multiple levels of qualification and KPIs
• Organised and structured, with the ability to react quickly to business change
• Extensive paid search and social experience across ad platforms
• Hands-on experience with CRO, experimentation tools, and performance analytics
