At Splice, we understand that our clients are looking for more than just a project manager; they need a dedicated partner to navigate the complexities of bringing their vision for a workspace to life. Our customers often face the challenge of managing multifaceted real estate projects, from initial construction to post-occupancy transitions, and require a single point of contact to ensure a seamless, efficient, and cost-effective process. That's why we've built our services around being that trusted extension of their team. We dive deep into the hard stuff, providing thoughtful solutions rather than superficial answers. Whether it's a large-scale tenant improvement, a multi-phase relocation, or the intricate logistics of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) procurement, our primary focus is on the client's experience and success. We own the project as if it were our own, which means we don't point fingers or simply pass along information; we take full responsibility for the outcomes.

Our approach is rooted in a set of core principles that prioritize the customer's needs above all else. This 'Customer Obsession' drives every decision we make. We approach each project with a curious and open mind, recognizing that we don't have all the answers from the outset. By drawing from a diverse team with broad experiences, we provide a well-rounded and personal experience, tailored to the unique challenges of each client. From owner's representation in construction management to detailed facilities services and move management, we offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to handle every aspect of a workspace project. With a proven track record across 49 states and Canada, we provide the broad reach and local expertise necessary to manage any project, of any size, anywhere in North America, ensuring our clients' goals are not just met, but exceeded.
