You will play a key role in shaping product quality by reviewing requirements and design documents, defining comprehensive test strategies, and building robust automation frameworks using modern tools and technologies. Beyond execution, you will establish and refine QA processes, define meaningful quality metrics, and champion best practices across the engineering organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on QA expertise, proven leadership experience, and a passion for solving complex problems. With a strong background in test automation, performance testing, and scripting, ideally within a Python, Playwright, and JMeter environment, you are equally comfortable diving into technical detail and guiding strategic quality initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Guide, coordinate and coach the QA & Test team in their day-to-day operations.
- Communicate and Track any quality risks, gaps or issues
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing documentation
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and implement solutions
- Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product
- Establish, document, and enhance QA processes
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies

Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Minimum of 3 years of QA Team Lead or QA Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, automation tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience with performance testing
- Tech Stack: Python, Playwright, JMeter
