The Global Total Rewards and HR Operations teams are responsible for Sphera providing its colleagues with competitive rewards and HR tools and services. As a Spherion part of this team, the HR Operations System Analyst is a key utility player the global HR team. This role will be responsible for supporting our global team with HR support and administration. The incumbent will be technically savvy and not afraid to bring their problem-solving skills to complex scenarios.A Day in the Life of the HR Operations System Analyst:
Researches, resolves and responds to cases on HR help desk by providing excellent service to colleagues, managers, and other HR members; providing redirection and educational opportunities to increase customer knowledge while resolving the current situation.
Power user in HR System (Workday) and support colleague inquiries and admin intervention.
Create and maintain HR process documentation available to global colleagues.
Provide HR support to the global HR team and the broader organization.
Maintain HR data in proper systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Partner with HR Business Partners and regional HR leaders on special projects where your knowledge and expertise will be a value add.
Champion HR process review, development and documentation including job aids.
Serve as a utility player as needed within the global HR team.
Qualifications – About You:
Minimum 2 years of related professional experience within an HR team.
Experience supporting a global organization is highly preferred.
Hands-on HR information systems experience (Workday highly preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, pivot charts)
High attention to detail; creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Crisp, confident communication skills with colleagues at all levels in the organization and with external partners.
Understanding of global benefit frameworks from North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
A self-starting team player who is highly motivated, and able to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously. Flexible to provide employee support in various time zones.
Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities.
