What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a OneStreamPrincipal Architectto join our growingOneStreamteam!In thisrole, you will be responsible forproviding best in cloud oversight, collaborating across our client base and our OneStream talent to ensure we provideexcellence in solutions to our clients while ensuring our talent continues to lead our space in technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Technical lead for OneStream projects providing oversight and collaborating on architectural design, reviews and optimization
- Establish, lead and manage the technical knowledge enablement of the OneStream team, researching the new capabilities of the solution and coordinating on new area training.
- Establish and communicate technical principles, designs and architectural standards, providing enhanced quality assurance oversight on our solutions
- Own, manage, enhance the Spaulding Ridge OneStream Sandbox to support design, build and integration strategies.
- Assist in developing robust training plans to develop OneStream consultants including mentoring OneStream consultants to build skills and capabilities and ensure best practices as well as support career development
- Support client demos and proof-of-concept projects for clients evaluating OneStream
- Integrate seamlessly with project teams consisting of client-side personnel and Spaulding Ridge consultants; the ability to work collaboratively is key
- Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology project standards, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience implementing and leading OneStream applications for both Consolidation and FPA as well as MarketPlace app solutions
- 8+ years of design, development, and implementation of software within EPM/CPM space
- Positive reputation within the OneStream community on software knowledge, ability to implement successfully and willingness to work collaboratively on solutions
- Deep background in busines rules, custom calculations and data integration utilizing OneStream software
- Strong knowledge of the financial close processes, including experience with financial consolidations, consolidated financial reporting, FPA and operational finance
- Experience with additional accounting functions including account reconciliation, financial disclosures, lease accounting and tax reporting
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical clients and team members as well as convey technical topics in a way that can be understood
- OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification preferred
