A Day in the Life:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Build and enhance responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks as needed
• Develop RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested JavaScript code
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to design schemas and manage data access
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to best practices
• Support CI/CD processes and assist with deployments across environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects across development, QA, and production environments
• Document technical solutions, system flows, and development standards
