The IT Project Manager will oversee multiple IT projects across managed services, infrastructure, and security-focused environments. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience managing multiple concurrent projects, and the ability to coordinate technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities
- Manage 40+ concurrent IT projects, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate and follow up with technical teams, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and client-facing updates.
- Facilitate meetings, track progress, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project schedules.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., PSA platforms, ticketing systems, or PM software) to monitor and report on project activities.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
- Ensure consistent coverage aligned to U.S. business hours; manage projects without coverage gaps caused by holiday schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. PMP certification is required.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
- Extensive knowledge of ConnectWise Manage, especially its project management and reporting features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Understanding of MSP operations, services, and objectives.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Previous experience working within an MSP environment.
- Familiarity with other project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with ITIL and service management best practices
