Full-Stack Platform Engineer

Position Summary:

We’re building a next-generation AI-driven SaaS platform that blends conversational navigation with multimodal content delivery. You’ll own platform engineering across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, while the AI orchestration layer is managed separately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in modern web stacks and wants to help scale a cutting-edge product.

Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM CST

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain web applications using React + Next.js.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Manage data persistence with MongoDB, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Deploy and optimize applications on Vercel, with occasional AWS usage for supporting services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and basic DevOps practices.
• Collaborate closely with the AI architect to align platform engineering with orchestration layers.
• Document processes and contribute to onboarding future developers.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Backend expertise in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, queries, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with Vercel deployments and workflows.
• Basic knowledge of AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, or EC2).
• Solid understanding of modern web development practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with conversational AI or multimodal systems.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval systems.
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot)
