Philippines onlyAs a Full Stack Developer, you will develop, maintain, test, and evaluate backend and front-end applications. You are expected to be proficient with Javascript (TypeScript), Javascript Frameworks (React.js, Express.js, Vue.js, Node.js, etc), CSS/CSS3, HTML5, and one or more programming languages like Python, C#, Swift, Kotlin, PHP, Go, etc.
You will work closely with other developers, creative designers, and the Project Manager and/or Scrum Master as part of a team or be assigned to your own project. The work will be on AWS using microservices architecture, serverless, or EC2.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in web applications development
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills
- Development experience with production-ready applications
- Strong understanding of software development practices and concepts: - Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- SOLID principles
- Design patterns
- Data Modeling
- Multi-threading
- Multi-tenancy
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript (Typescript) -- React.js, Vue.js, Express.js, and Node.js experience preferred.
- Experience with at least one of the following: REST API, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO
- Experience with Git (Github or Gitlab), branching models, and SCM
- Experience with Linux and shell scripting, MySQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- DevOps experience with AWS and other cloud services is a plus
- Experience with unit and integration testing, using automation tools a plus
- Ability to work in multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Has a working laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection.
- Amenable to work from home
