Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and execution of an ambitious technical and digital delivery roadmap aligned with Saint-Gobain’s strategic objectives.
- Embed agile delivery principles within the digital teams and support wider adoption across the business.
- Drive measurable improvements in delivery quality, performance, and release cycles.
- Accelerate speed-to-market for business value and ensure timely benefit realisation.
- Ensure quality-by-design and security-by-design are integrated into all digital deliverables, removing unnecessary release barriers.
- Provide thought leadership to the Delivery Director and senior stakeholders, influencing best practices in digital delivery.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the digital portfolio and foster an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven culture aligned with Saint-Gobain values.
- Champion a “fail fast, learn fast” mindset across brands and delivery teams.
- Support the Delivery Director in managing suppliers within agreed budgets and commercial frameworks.
- Lead partnership-based delivery models, ensuring strong performance, effective communication, and commercially sound outcomes with external partners.
- Oversee budget management to ensure optimal use of resources and appropriate financial governance across delivery initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in Salesforce projects in a project manager capacity
- Significant experience delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions within national or international, multi-site organizations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with agile methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and high-quality delivery outcomes.
- Proven end-to-end delivery experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Workstream Lead across the full digital delivery lifecycle.
- Strong experience working with external partners and suppliers, as well as Product Owners, using agile delivery methods.
- Demonstrated capability working with nearshore and offshore resources within blended delivery teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to define and deliver complex roadmaps.
- Experience supporting or leading digital transformation initiatives, including transitions from waterfall to agile delivery models and the use of MVPs to validate ideas.
- Established track record of engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including facilitation of demos, showcases, and executive-level updates.
- Solid understanding of modern digital technologies, platforms, and delivery tooling.
- Experience tracking delivery metrics such as velocity, progress, risks, issues, blockers, and quality indicators, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies and micro-service architectures.
- Strong understanding of security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles.
- Exposure to UAT, QA, and both manual and automated testing practices in customer-facing environments.
- Experience managing regular releases to live production environments.
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and diplomatically.
- A strong change advocate capable of driving sustainable improvements in delivery efficiency and embedding change successfully across the organization.
