The role

Your Mission

  • Communicate the company vision, strategy and goals within your Customer Success team
  • Directly oversee a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure the achievement of team and individual goals (gross retention, upsell pipeline generation)
  • Guide team performance, lead and coach people to ensure goal achievement, and identify development potential
  • Identify knowledge gaps and training needs, to ensure your team is set up to succeed, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement (ie. tooling, workflows)
  • (ie. EBRs, health scoring, success planning)
  • Help strategic development of SoSafe Customer Success through collaboration with management of the entire Customer organization, and other cross-functional teams

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Senior Customer Success role (or similar function)
  • Experience in a fast-growing, digital company, ideally selling B2B, SaaS, enterprise products
  • High level of personal accountability and ownership
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the aptitude to inspire and lead others through persuasion and consensus building
  • Passion for understanding customer needs to drive revenue growth
  • Awareness of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Strong coaching experience, and experience to empower CSMs to succeed
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset, as well as excellent communication and presentation techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and German
