Sr. Field Marketing Manager - Benelux Nordics Region

We are seeking a territory builder for the role of Senior Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for SoSafe in the Nordics and Benelux regions. This role will focus on establishing and growing the marketing presence in these regions, generating demand, accelerating the sales pipeline, and driving brand awareness across these diverse and rapidly growing markets. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing the demand generation strategy, aligning regional marketing efforts with business goals, and working closely with local teams to convert leads into high-value customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to generate demand in the Nordics and Benelux markets. This includes driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and accelerating the sales pipeline through targeted campaigns.

  • Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate with sales teams to identify key opportunities for pipeline acceleration and work cross-functionally to create high-impact programs and initiatives that engage prospects at each stage of the funnel.

  • Regional Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing programs, including demand generation campaigns, events, webinars, and account-based marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics.

  • Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams in the Nordics and Benelux regions to ensure marketing efforts are directly supporting sales objectives and driving measurable outcomes in terms of lead volume and pipeline progression.

  • Content Localization: Collaborate with global campaign teams to localize content and messaging for the Nordics and Benelux regions, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and enhances demand generation efforts.

  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of regional events (e.g., conferences, industry forums, executive workshops) to increase visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads that feed directly into the sales pipeline.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Continuously analyze regional market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance to adjust strategies and optimize marketing efforts. Utilize insights to report on ROI and ensure effective pipeline acceleration.

  • Matrixed Organization Collaboration: Work seamlessly in a matrixed organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions, including sales, product marketing, brand, communications, design, and global teams.

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional partners, influencers, and industry associations to expand the company’s reach, enhance brand credibility, and support demand generation efforts.

    Required experience:

  • Minimum of 7 + years in B2B field marketing, with proven experience in building and scaling demand generation and pipeline acceleration efforts specifically in the Nordics and/or Benelux regions.

  • Deep understanding of the Nordics and Benelux markets, including cultural nuances, business practices, and key industry trends.
    Proven track record in developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive demand generation, accelerate the pipeline, and lead to revenue growth.

  • Previous experience working with local sales, product marketing, brand, communications, design, and other teams to align regional efforts with broader company goals and ensure marketing and sales are tightly integrated.

  • Strong analytical abilities to assess the success of marketing campaigns, measure ROI, and use data to optimize pipeline acceleration and future marketing efforts.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), CRM systems, and event management tools.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
