The role involves running the monthly commission cycle, maintaining plan logic in their commission tool, and partnering with Sales leadership and RevOps. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on commission management experience in a B2B SaaS environment and working knowledge of a modern commission platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on commission management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of a modern commission platform — CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Everstage, QuotaPath, or comparable
- Strong analytical foundation — advanced Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets skills
- CRM literacy — Salesforce reporting, data extraction, and a clear understanding of how opportunity data flows into commission calculations
- Experience with multi-component plans — quotas, accelerators, SPIFs, MBOs, clawbacks, and ramped quotas for new hires
