Cybersecurity Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team and help us grow our customer base and promote our cybersecurity awareness platform.

Role:

As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be a bridge between our company and customers. You will be responsible for advising on developing and delivering engaging awareness programs, promoting strong change management practices, and helping our customers build a people-first security culture in their organizations. You will be crucial in driving adoption of SoSafe’s product suite, and ensuring we are a meaningful part of their customers overall security strategy.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish yourself as a true thought-leader and advocate in the Security Awareness space.

2.Create and deliver engaging workshops and content to educate admins/users about cybersecurity best practices, people-first awareness training, and how to leverage our platform to reduce their human risk.

3.Provide feedback and insights from customers and prospects to help shape the direction of our platform.

4.Collaborate with our CS, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure our platform and content meets the needs of our users.

5.Support enablement to empower other SoSafe employees to carry the message to more customers and events.

Requirements:

1.3+ years of experience in customer engagement, consulting, product management, product marketing or a related field.

2.Passionate about cybersecurity and helping users build secure digital habits. You’re always aiming to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech and cybersecurity industry.

3.Exceptional written and spoken communication abilities, capable of converting intricate ideas and concepts into clear and understandable messages. (English and German)

4.Experience in creating and delivering engaging content (blog posts, tutorials, webinars, live presentations etc.) and the ability to engage and excite a live crowd around security topics.

5.Experience in engaging with customers and prospects, both online and offline.

6.Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and events.
