As a key member of our team, you will sit at the intersection between sales, implementation, and product, providing technical and product consultation and advocacy throughout the customer journey. You will be responsible for ensuring that we develop, sell, and implement the best possible product for our customers, while also working closely with the product team to continue to build a best-in-class product that customers love to use.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Workforce Management solutions and an understanding of how they are used to drive business efficiency.
- Ability to quickly interpret and validate customer requirements, combining experience and best practices to design and configure suitable technical solutions
- Experience using industry-standard project methods, tools, and techniques.
- Presentation, solution demonstration, training, and meeting facilitation skills.
