Position: Operations Assistant (Full-time)
Salary: 1,200 USD/month
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm PST (11pm to 8am Philippine Standard Time)

In addition to our SEO services, which include content creation, code optimization, and much more, we also provide several other services, from web development to podcast recording.
About the role:
We are seeking to add a driven, organized Operations Assistant to coordinate and manage our growing content team! This role is responsible for managing our editorial team to ensure timely delivery of content for our clients. You will work within an editorial calendar to assign writers and publishers, review content to verify our SOPs are being met, and send content reports to clients. To do this effectively, the Operations Assistant must have a keen understanding of SEO and work closely with the rest of the team to align with the big picture of each client’s marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Delegating tasks to writers
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Translating client requests into action items within the editorial calendar and ticket system
- Hiring and training new writers and publishers
- Onboarding new clients and integrating them into internal management systems
- Participating in team meetings to discuss marketing strategies, SEO developments, and other items
- Review writer invoices and timesheets
Requirements
- Must have 1-3 years of experience as an Operations Assistant
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and Excel
- Good communication and written skills
- Some experience with SEO (both technical and content-based)
- Experience with WordPress content publishing is required
