The Virtual Assistant is responsible for:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- help with scheduling, meeting notes, ability to use Chat GPT and do basic things like expense reporting and cleaning up presentations
- manage a lot of day-to-day tasks
- managing all the tasks within the tasks management tool
- creating SOPs//documentations
- create certain tax filing for different LLCs that we have; make sure payments are paid, in good standing, etc.
- go through the meeting notes, combine point lists then let Chat GPT create a comprehensive list using that
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Chat GPT experience
- willingness to learn
- SQL experience or any BI tool experience is preferred
- experience in the same role
- if we could find a chief-of-staff type of EA, that would be great
- IMPORTANT: we can remove the SQL requirement and look to see if they have technical background or have done things like basic coding or data querying (BI).
