The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Third Party Compliance Risk Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing expertise and strategic advice to Solventum leaders and business functions while promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization. Applying industry best practices to Solventum’s strategy to assess, onboard and monitor third-party relationships
- Coordinating with leaders and stakeholders across Solventum to identify third-party compliance risk and implementing necessary mitigation plans and controls addressing anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance, among others. Administer and oversee Solventum’s third-party due diligence and active monitoring processes and capabilities
- Generating and maintaining policies and procedures addressing Solventum’s third-party compliance strategy and execution. Oversees associated training plans
- Leads compliance initiatives addressing third-party compliance risk by collaborating with and directing key stakeholders and functions. Assist in the design, implementation and evolution of compliance audit and monitoring activities applying to third-party compliance risk
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of working with 3rd parties and addressing risks
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of working with 3rd parties and addressing risks
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Five (5) years of experience addressing Third Party Risk
- Three (3) years of prior experience training peers and or departments on process and policy
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Five (5) years of experience working within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry
- Expertise in a functional discipline sufficient to carry out project leadership and other duties and to effectively leverage a network of company resources
- Expertise in strategic and/or operational decisions specific to compliance
- Attention to detail, collaboration, organization, and strong prioritization skills

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
