The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative (m/f/*) for Medical Surgical - IP&SS in Barcelona, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Product demonstration in OR/ICU and Training of Health Care professionals at hospitals.

• Design, creation and implementation of training programs oriented to sales reps.

• Bid & Tenders technical support

• Participate in local and international EMEA training programs.

• Travelling around Spain and Portugal at least 2 weeks per month

• Management of office IT tools and CRM (Salesforce)

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing

• Experience in nursing (OR/ICU) at a hospital

• Training skills

• Fluent in Spanish and good English skills

• Willingness to travel around Spain and Portugal (50% of time)

• Driver's license
