System Analyst

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a System Analyst. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in data governance and master data initiatives, ensuring consistency of business definitions, identifiers, and reference data

• Analyze data sources and integrations involved in project scope, including databases, APIs and event streams

• Prepare technical requirements and data mapping specifications

• Define and document API contracts, ETL/ELT pipelines and interface logic

• Specify data quality rules via documentation

• Support development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements, reviewing solutions and validating design decisions

• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and diagrams reflecting the current system landscape

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Technical Analyst in data-intensive or integration-focused projects

• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including:

  • Master data & reference data principles

  • Normalization and denormalization

  • Entity relationships and identifiers

• Hands-on experience with data and integration technologies, such as SQL, JSON/XML, APIs, or ETL pipelines

• Understanding of data quality frameworks, lineage and governance tooling

• Ability to write clear specifications and technical diagrams

• English and Russian B2+ (both spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with data warehouses and/or MDM platforms

• Exposure to regulated or high-volume data domains
