Become a part of our Operations Team as a Digital Advertising Specialist (m/f/d)!

Your Responsibilities

• You administer and schedule ad postings in Facebook Ad Manager.
• You continuously analyse ad performance and use metrics like ROAS or conversion rate as a basis for data-driven strategies to optimize ad targeting and content.
• You utilise AI technologies, including ChatGPT, to scale ads.
• You develop and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and ad postings.
• You design and implement A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and content strategies.
• You oversee the ad spending budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum campaign performance.
• You conduct audience research to identify and segment target demographics more effectively.

Requirements

• You have proficient skills in using Facebook Ad Manager for ad scheduling and management.
• You are skilled in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• You have strong analytical abilities to interpret data and metrics effectively.
• You are technologically savvy, with a strong technical proficiency.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Nice to have: You bring basic programming or scripting skills to enhance automation.
• Nice to have: You bring graphic design skills for creating engaging ad content.
