Sobi is a specialized biopharmaceutical company dedicated to rare diseases. As a National Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve company objectives and drive the continued growth and success of multiple brands within the Specialty Care Business Unit.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- At least 5 years in sales management
- ABPI qualified
- Strong knowledge of the code of practice in a field force environment
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and working in an international matrix environment with multicultural teams
- Strong understanding of local/national health systems, decision-making processes, and pharmaceutical tendering
- Pre-launch and launch experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems)
