As a Process Excellence and Strategy Manager, you will collaborate with the Director of the AI/ML Service Line to define and drive execution of service line strategy and internal initiatives, develop and maintain internal and cross-functional processes, and support sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry (not limited to IT consulting; product organization background is also welcome)
- Background in project management or business analysis, with a focus on process and change management
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining process frameworks and driving process improvement
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic environments
- Able to optimize and reduce current process-related workload
