About the Role
We’re hiring an HR Operations & Data Analyst to join our Talent team and elevate how we work with data.
This role is a unique blend of data reporting, HR process optimization, and documentation mastery. You’ll transform unstructured recruiting data from Lever (300,000+ applicants) into actionable dashboards, clear SOPs, and streamlined workflows. Your insights will help drive better decisions, faster action, and a more efficient Talent team across all four of our key functions.
If you're someone who thrives in transforming chaos into clarity and who finds joy in well-structured data and processes—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the reporting layer of Lever ATS—extract, clean, and structure data across the full talent funnel
- Build dashboards using reporting tools like Power BI that highlight pipeline health, recruiter activity, source performance, and time-to-fill metrics
- Partner with the VP of Talent and team leads to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that drive meaningful improvements
- Develop robust, scalable SOPs for sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, interview stages, and note tagging
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend data-driven improvements
- Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights to inform strategy and operations
- Maintain a single source of truth for talent metrics across the organization
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, HR operations, or business operations role
- Strong experience with reporting tools like Power BI (other platforms also welcome)
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, ideally Lever, and large datasets
- Basic scripting/API knowledge to pull data or automate tasks (no coding background needed)
- Excellent process documentation skills—able to create clear, practical SOPs
- Solid understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, structured templates)
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or Copilot) to streamline reporting or documentation
The Team You'll Join
- You’ll be part of a 30-person Talent team structured around:
- Sourcing
- Recruiting
- Evaluation
- Candidate Management
- This role reports to the VP of Talent and collaborates with a technical consultant for advanced automation or integration support.
This Role Is For You If You...
- Prefer a mostly independent work style
- Are strongly detail-oriented and structured in your thinking
- Adapt quickly to change and thrive in flexible environments
- Balance analytical problem-solving with solid execution
- Work at a steady, thoughtful pace without sacrificing quality
Benefits
- Fixed Shifts: Structured work hours with flexibility built-in
- No Weekend Work: Real work-life balance
- Day 1 Equipment: Laptop and full setup provided
- Day 1 Benefits: Medical insurance and wellness support
- Support That Matters: Mentorship, forums, and operational clarity
- True Belonging: A long-term role where your work is seen and valued
You’ll be seen. Empowered. And part of something built to last.
If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear your story.
