We're looking for a RevOps Specialist to own and improve the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. As an embedded RevOps practitioner, you'll work alongside a Senior RevOps to execute high-quality technical work and solve meaningful problems.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a RevOps, SalesOps or similar operational role in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on HubSpot experience — you've built workflows, custom properties, and reports yourself
- Proficiency with at least one automation tool (Zapier, n8n, Make, or equivalent)
- Strong data skills: comfortable with Excel/Sheets, and ideally with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, NRR, pipeline velocity, conversion rates
- Familiarity with the full B2B revenue funnel: SDR → AE → CSM → Renewal
