We are looking for talented and driven Design professionals in Mexico City for the role of Associate Design & Project Manager. Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required since all communication is in English.

As an Associate Design & Project Manager, you will work with a global network of people both internally at SlideHub and externally to deliver presentation designs for our clients. All new hires will go through a paid training program where they will learn the necessary skills to start working for our clients.

During the training period, you will be working from 08:00-16:00 MX

The role

  • Manage client projects from the initial dialogue to the delivery of the presentation
  • Develop high-quality presentation designs for our demanding clients
  • Manage SlideHub's network of freelancers to deliver client projects
  • Various business development activities in the delivery team
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Willing to work both Morning and Evening shifts in MX time - note we work with CET (Central European Time) so Daylight Savings Time Changes apply
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Experience and/or education in graphic design (PowerPoint is not necessary but welcome)
  • Have work permit and legal requirements to work for our company in Mexico

Shifts information

You will be working primarily in the Morning shift, but might have to work in the Evening shift from time to time.

Note, since we work with Daylight Saving Time, the shifts have different working hours in Summer and Winter time:

Summertime

  • Morning shift – 08:00-16:00 MX
  • Evening shift – 16:00-00:00 MX (seldom needed)

Wintertime

  • Morning shift – 09:00-17:00 MX
  • Evening shift – 17:00-01:00 MX (seldom needed)

Weekend shift work also applies twice a month

Salary Information

Starting gross salary per month: 20,806 MXN
