At Skylight, we are revolutionizing the way families connect and stay organized through groundbreaking technology. Founded in 2014, our mission is to create the world's simplest products and services that enhance family life. We specialize in developing innovative consumer electronics, including our flagship products: the Skylight Frame and the Skylight Calendar. The Skylight Frame is a touch-screen digital photo frame that allows users to effortlessly share photos with loved ones from anywhere in the world, with images appearing in seconds. This product has become a beloved way for families, especially those separated by distance, to share moments and stay connected. To date, nearly two million Skylight Frames have been sold, facilitating the sharing of over half a billion photos and videos, underscoring our impact on modern family communication.

Building on this success, we introduced the Skylight Calendar, a smart, touch-screen display designed to centralize family coordination. It syncs everyone's schedules, activities, chores, meal plans, and more, all in one accessible place. Our commitment to innovation is further demonstrated by our ongoing development of new features, such as an AI-powered family assistant and a rewards system, set to launch in 2025. These advancements aim to alleviate the mental load of household management, which our research indicates consumes over 30 hours per week for many families. Skylight is dedicated to pioneering technology that simplifies daily routines, fosters closer bonds, and brings a new level of ease and connection to family life. Through consistent innovation and a customer-centric approach, Skylight now connects over 9.3 million users, continually striving to make family life easier and more connected through technology.
