Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python/R Programming for data analysis and model development.
• Hands-on experience with key Data Science Libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with various Machine Learning Algorithms.
• Expertise in Statistical Analysis & Modeling concepts and applications.
• Strong proficiency in SQL & Database Proficiency for data querying and manipulation.
• Proven ability in Data Wrangling & Feature Engineering to prepare data for modeling.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and libraries, including Matplotlib, Seaborn, and BI Tools.
• Solid understanding of Experimental Design principles, particularly A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platform environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Possess strong Analytical & Problem-Solving capabilities.
• Exhibit excellent Communication & Presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Have solid Marketing Domain Knowledge & Business Acumen to contextualize analyses.
• Demonstrate Scientific Rigor & Attention to Detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong ability to Collaborate effectively within a team and with cross-functional partners.
• Display high Learning Agility and a commitment to continuous self-improvement in data science.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data objects, table relationships, and campaign structures, with the ability to translate available data into the logic and structure needed for KPI reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience using attribution software (e.g., SFDC Data Cloud, CaliberMind, Hockeystack or custom applications) to analyze marketing impact across the buyer journey.
