This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a strategic marketer who wants to help shape the future of workforce transformation. As a key member of our connected marketing team, you’ll serve as the voice of the French and DACH regions to global marketing, ensuring regional needs are reflected in global plans. You’ll also be accountable for translating global strategy into localized execution, driving pipeline growth, brand activation, and customer engagement across the region. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives across France and the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this role, you will partner closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to develop and implement integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, ABM programs, and digital initiatives tailored to regional audiences.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion.

  • Event Management: Organize and execute regional events (virtual and in-person), including conferences, executive experiences, customer roundtables, and partner events.

  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to optimize future initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

  • Global Team participation: This role reports to the Global Field Marketing Director based in North America, but will be supporting local Sales resources headquartered in Munich and Paris

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a field or regional marketing role.

  • Fluent English, French, and German language is a must.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Strong understanding of the French and DACH market landscape and buyer personas.

  • Knowledge of the training and e‑learning industry is a plus.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% within Western & Central Europe.

  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
