Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our Mid-Market European sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building/expanding relationships, exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth within an existing book of business. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, cultivate new opportunities within your accounts, and contribute to the success of our organisation.

The Account Executive, Growth (Mid-Market Accounts) will prospect for new opportunities within a base of customers, applying a hunter mentality with a strategic, value driven, solution-selling approach. This requires needs-based, relationship sales to a diverse spectrum of industries. This individual will grow an ambitious pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity, networking and hard work. This will require the ability to navigate through complex organisations and sell to multiple decision-makers, including the “C Suite”.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target within a selection (30-40) mid-market accounts, focusing on revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts, by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.

Network throughout your assigned accounts through - calling, email outreach, social media and networking events.

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.

Collaborate with our cross-functional teams including marketing, Solution Architects, Product and Customer Success to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.

Negotiate renewal contracts and pricing agreements.

Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving towards achieving revenue goals and customer growth.

Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, activities, and progress towards goals to sales leadership.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience, selling SaaS, B2B, enterprise software to VP, SVP, and C-Level Executives with outstanding quota attainment history.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to exceed sales targets

keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale.

Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of corporate buyers and respectfully challenge their thinking.

Ability to understand complex client requirements and to clearly articulate the company’s offerings to develop solutions to meet those requirements.

Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage opportunities, and forecast sales.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
