Sizanid Staffing is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales (Events) to drive our event sales initiatives. This role involves leading the sales efforts specifically for our event-related services, creating targeted strategies to grow our market share, and ensuring successful execution of sales plans to meet revenue goals in the events sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored specifically for the events industry to achieve growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the event sales team to maximize performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with event planning, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with event execution.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the events market, building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches proactively.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations related to event sales performance to senior management.
- Represent Sizanid Staffing at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics focused on event sales effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of sales experience with focus on event-related sales and at least 4 years in a leadership position.
- Proven success in selling services for large-scale events, exhibitions, or conferences.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills tailored for the events industry.
- Ability to travel frequently to support event sales and client engagements.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans specifically for the events market.
- Strong networking skills and experience building long-term client relationships in the events sector.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
