YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, customer experience and sales performance
• You develop dashboards and datasets that serve as the foundation for key business decisions
• You track and analyze how our colleagues are using the software that we create for them
• You collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to optimize processes
• You gain first hand insights on the actual reality in branches to deduct which further data deep-dives will provide the right basis for feature optimizations
• You help improve data architecture, ensuring high-quality event tracking (Frontend and Backend) and implementation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience Proven experience as a Product Analyst, working on digital products and user behavior analysis and practical experience in SQL
• Tools/Systems Experience with BI tools like Quicksight, Google Looker, or similar
• Data Quality & Architecture Deep understanding of how data is stored, structured, and processed for analytics
• Soft Skills Proactive mindset, ability to challenge ideas, and self-starter attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Collaboration Ability to work with global teams, including product managers, engineers, and junior analysts
• Language Fluent in English to effectively communicate with international teams
