The Role

TheSenior Vice President, Western Regionwill oversee the growth and performance of all brands across the Western United States. This executive will be the operational and cultural bridge between our platform’s national leadership and the local businesses that define our success.

You will lead the implementation of the platform playbook across the region — ensuring consistency, driving profitability, and building an enduring culture of accountability, safety, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Leadership:Oversee multiple HVAC operating companies across the Western U.S., ensuring they meet financial, operational, and cultural goals.

  • Playbook Execution:Deploy and continuously refine the company’s operating playbook — including pricing, customer acquisition, technician efficiency, safety, and service standards.

  • P&L Management:Own regional P&L performance, identifying cost and profit centers, optimizing margin, and allocating resources to maximize ROI.

  • Talent Strategy:Recruit, retain, and develop world-class general managers and leadership teams across all brands. Build strong succession pipelines and implement performance management systems.

  • Integration & Synergies:Lead post-acquisition integration initiatives. Identify opportunities for shared services, procurement synergies, and operational efficiencies.

  • Training & Development:Partner with corporate training and HR teams to implement field training, leadership development, and safety programs.

  • Regional Sourcing:Drive procurement and vendor strategy across the region to achieve cost savings and quality consistency.

  • Performance Culture:Instill a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Create regional scorecards, KPIs, and benchmarking.

  • Strategic Growth:Partner with the M&A team to evaluate new opportunities and prepare newly acquired businesses for operational integration.

  • Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and regional teams — ensuring alignment on strategy, execution, and values.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in HVAC, home services, facilities management, or a related operationally intensive industry.

  • Proven track record leading multi-site or regional operations ($100M+ revenue).

  • Experience in PE-backed, roll-up, or platform environments preferred.

  • Strong financial acumen, with deep understanding of P&L management and value-creation levers.

  • Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and integrating decentralized businesses.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel across the Western region (50–70%).
