SiteMinder is seeking a Configuration Success Analyst to manage, configure, and maintain their SiteMinder solutions. The role involves troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access management. Ideal candidates are strong technical experts in identity and access management systems and committed to delivering secure and scalable solutions.

Requirements

Provide technical support for SiteMinder labelled products and services.
Develop customer relationships by onboarding, technical support, and customer retention.
Analyze customer requirements and set expectations.
Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
Ensure cases are resolved accurately and logged on CRM.
Provide training and support for new team members.
