YOUR ROLE:
As a Content Strategist in our Marketing Team, you will play a key role in ideating, developing and implementing SiteGround's content strategy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy in line with SiteGround’s business goals.
- Set the content roadmap and calendar, considering various content formats, resources and channels needed to achieve the defined business objectives.
- Set framework for the promotion of the created content, including channels and appropriate budgeting.
- Experiment with and incorporate new content formats, distribution channels, and execution tactics in the strategy.
- Create and maintain editorial guidelines and consistent tone of voice across all our content pieces.
- Make sure the content created complies with best SEO practices and drives relevant to the business goals organic traffic.
- Mentor and lead a team of internal and external content writers.
- Oversee the content strategy execution and coordinate with all parties involved in the creation and distribution of the content - partners, content creators, SiteGround team members, among whom PPC Experts, Social Media Experts, Web designers, and other.
- Analyze and measure the content performance to make informed decisions and adjustments on current and future content projects.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing content strategies;
- Experience in managing a team of content writers;
- Experience with content calendar planning and management;
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital writing specifics;
- Experience with WordPress blog publishing;
- Еxcellent, near-native command of English;
- Attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
