Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Content Strategy Manager to oversee our team of product content specialist, copywriter and video creator. Your role is crucial in aligning and shaping our content strategy to effectively educate and engage our audience. Your primary focus will be on strategically guiding and managing the team to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base, revamp content structure, and optimise content to showcase our product features and market leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience preferences.
  • Manage and lead a team of content specialist, copywriter, and video content creator to create, organise, and optimise educational content.
  • Strategically guide the restructuring of our knowledge base to enhance content organisation and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all product features are properly highlighted and that relevant information is structured in a manner that highlights the benefits of our services.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of instructional videos, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and aligned with company branding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and confirm content requirements and deliverables.
  • Analyse content performance metrics and user feedback to refine and optimise content strategy.
  • Conduct preliminary proofreading of content created by team members to ensure quality and accuracy.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, management, and strategy development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and tools.
  • Advantageous to have QA experience and a basic design background.
