Silverman McGovern Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to CEO to join our team. As a leading recruitment agency, we understand the importance of providing exceptional support to executives. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's day-to-day activities, ensuring their schedule is organized, and facilitating effective communication. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to appropriate parties
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in organizing and planning company events, conferences, and board meetings
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive filing systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred
