Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of ten (10) plus years of instructional design or learning experience development
- Leadership or professional-skills content design experience preferred
- Mastery of instructional design methods (ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory)
- Strong proficiency in eLearning tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, video tools, AI learning platforms)
- Ability to synthesize research and convert insights into practical learning experiences
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Strong project management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
