- Lead the technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable SaaS products
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency
- Drive innovation in AdTech solutions, including programmatic advertising, data management platforms, and analytics
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain the competitive advantage
- Proven track record as a Software Architect or CTO, with experience in a leadership or strategic technical role
- Strong background in designing, building, and scaling SaaS platforms
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and related services
- Hands-on experience in AdTech, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven targeting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Would be a plus:
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA
